많은 해외 고객님들께서 방문 전 재고 여부, 가격 문의, 재고 확보 요청 등을 DM이나 메일로 문의해주셨고, 이러한 요구에 부응하고자 고민 끝에 새로운 서비스를 준비했습니다.

케이메카는 “BUY & PICK” 서비스를 오픈하여,

원하시는 제품을 미리 구매 및 확보하신 후, 한국 방문 시 매장에서 직접 픽업하실 수 있는 서비스를 제공합니다.

🛍 이용 방법

원하시는 상품 선택 → Pick up at K-MECCA(Myeongdong) 선택 → 결제

* 결제 시 ‘메모란’에 매장 방문 예정일 기입

* 픽업은 명동 본점(Flag.) 에서만 가능합니다.

* 방문 시 주문자 본인 확인(주문번호) 후 상품을 수령하실 수 있습니다. 

* 결제후 픽업보관 기간은 최대 30일이며, 기간 내 미수령 시 구매 후 1주일 이내 환불처리 가능. 

* 온라인몰 상품 구매시, Tax Free는 지

* 픽업 상품은 교환/반품이 불가하오니 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다.

Many overseas customers have reached out through DMs and emails asking about product availability, prices, and stock reservations before their visit.
To meet those needs, we’re excited to introduce our new service — BUY & PICK.

💜 What is “BUY & PICK”?

This service allows you to pre-purchase and secure your favorite items online,
then pick them up in person at our Myeongdong store when you visit Korea.

      (English / Japanese / Chinese supported)
   2. Sign up for an account
   3. Select your desired items
      → Choose “Pick up at K-MECCA (Myeongdong)”
      → Complete your payment

📦 Important Notes

• • Please write your expected store visit date in the order memo section when checking out.

  • Pickup is available only at the K-MECCA Myeongdong Flagship Store.

  • Customers can receive their order after identity verification (order number confirmation).

  • Pickup storage period is up to 30 days after payment.
  If the order is not picked up within the period, refunds are available only within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Tax Free service is not available for online purchases.

  • Pickup items cannot be exchanged or returned, so please purchase carefully.
